Manager: Development and Transformation Salary: R612, 822, 00 – R721, 878, 00 p.a inclusive of benefits Location: North West Regional Office – Mafikeng (Ref No: SAS NW 32 / 2016)

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a B Degree and/or 3 year tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management field plus 1-2 years’ management experience in the Human Capital Management experience; a postgraduate qualification will be an advantage; Computer literacy and valid driver’s licence are essential. Duties: The incumbents will be providing a Human Capital Performance Management Systems, Employment Assistance Programmes, Training and Development, Employment Equity; Equip employees to fulfil their roles in early recognition, intervention and appropriate referral to EAP; Market EAP at all levels; Facilitate skills development in accordance with the needs of SASSA; Manage all transformation issues (HIV/Aids, EE, etc.); Manage the resources of the Unit, e.g.; Financial Management and Staff; Planning and work organisation of the Unit.

NB: Preference will be given to African Male, African Female and followed by White Male as at the time of appointment.
