A learner must gain work experience in order to obtain a registered qualification (specifically for that job).
Note :learnership combines theory and workplace practice into a qualification that is registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

If you are looking for an internship , go to the internet cafe (or use your mobile phone if it is advance)  and click this link :http://jobsnetwork.co.za/category/internships/
Learnership vs Internship
For you to get an internship , you must have a qualification that you have obtain from the university or college which is related to that internship program.
example , you should have a computer science degree or diploma if you want to take the database administrator internship . (just an example)
But a grade 12 certificate will do if you are looking for a learnership .
I guess you can now see a little light . lol
Question 3: What does Bursary and Scholarship differ from the learnership and internship ?

Answer : In a Bursary or a Scholarship , the employer pays the tertiary institution for you to study , provided the two of you, have a deal on how you will re-pay the money (mostly you can re-pay the money by working for that  employer for some period of time getting paid the amount lower than the normal salary for someone having the qualification you just obtained ).
I hope you enjoy this .
