Provide human resource services within a designated area / business unit to ensure the proper application of all HR policies and procedures, compliance with all relevant systems and legislation to ensure that all HR objectives and strategic targets are achieved in line with operational needs
Policy implementation and compliance to all HR processes in a Business Unit
Participate and support the co-ordination and implementation of the performance and talent management system at Business Unit level.
Facilitate the orientation and exit management programmes at designated Business Units
Facilitate and co-ordinate Employee Relations matters to promote a harmonious working environment
Manage HR Administration matters and provide advice.
Co-ordinate and facilitate the Recruitment and Selection process
