|Primary Objectives of the Position
||Operates a telephone switchboard by handling incoming and outgoing calls. Takes messages. Receives visitors, determines their needs and directs them accordingly. Has direct contact with VIP clients. Contributes towards the image of the organisation. Normally reports to a Functional Manager.
